The deputy headmaster is a member of the college’s leadership team with oversight of curriculum and sports, as well as leading key strategic goals.

Candidates need to have excellent classroom and pastoral experience, with experience of leadership at a middle or senior level.

Business Manager

We seek a well organised person to lead the finance and
property operations of the college.  The Business Manager reports to the Headmaster and is part of the Leadership Team.

As Business Manager, you will:

  • manage the college’s financial and payroll systems
  • lead support staff
  • manage property development and maintenance
  • support the Headmaster with strategic planning
  • liaise with ancillary organisations such as Parents’
    Association, Old Boys, and the Trust Foundation

The college has recently shifted to XERO.  You will need to have a good understanding of this and general accounting systems.  A CA qualification and prior school experience are preferable but not essential.

The position has a small number of direct reports with the possibility of growing this to support your work and the needs of the college.

You will need to have excellent people and communication skills, alongside strong organisational skills.
