MECHANICAL ENGINEERING - Level 1
Course Description
This is an introductory level broad based engineering course. Students will gain precision marking out skills, learn to fabricate a metal toolbox, and making a variety of hand tools while learning the basics on the lathe, milling machine, pedestal drill and bench skills.
Leads to Level 2 Industrial or Automotive Engineering
Qualifications: Credits towards NCEA
Cost: $75 for take home projects
