Day Parent/Teacher Interviews
Monday 7 August, Wednesday 9 August from 3.00pm – 7.00pm
The school will close at 1.25 pm on interview days (no period 5).
Online bookings open – Monday 24 July, 9.00am
Boarding Interviews
Friday 11 August, 1.30pm – 3.30pm
The school will close at 12 noon.
Online bookings open – Monday 24 July, 9.00am
Interviews will be 7 minutes each.
Please have the teachers’ names ready before booking. Your son will have these details or check on his last report.
BOOKING INSTRUCTIONS
1. Go to the website – www.schoolinterviews.co.nz
2. Enter school code – you will have been sent this code (If you have not received notification please call the school office between 10am and 2pm on 03 548 3099)
3. Follow the instructions and you will be emailed confirmation of your interview times
4. Where there are no checkboxes to tick, those time slots have already been chosen.
5. Year 9 & 10 – you should choose to speak to teachers of your son’s core subjects.
The Senior Leadership team is available for appointments if necessary. They are Tim Tucker, Ron Kelly, Jim Dickin and Brian Hore.
If you have problems booking, please ring the school office between 10am and 2pm from Monday 24 July . Students can also use computers at school for making bookings.
Bookings will close at 12.00 pm on the day of interview.
