Nelson College has managed to donate $13 897.24 to the Cancer Society this year with funds raised from the Runathon and some of the mufti day collections.
We have also donated amounts to;
• Ronald McDonald House – $830.60
• Billy Dravitski – $1228
The Nelson College Bros volunteer group have been active as well clearing weeds and planting shrubs behind the Top Field – Thanks Johnnie Fraser for all the hard work there. They have had a part to play in beach cleanups, assisting at school galas, showing parents around the school at PTA Welcome to the college evening, school rubbish cleanup etc.
